How To Make Money with FREE LEADS From Online Sources like MySpace


How would you like to find qualified prospects to buy your products and join your downline… and do it without embarrassment or rejection? What if you could do it for FREE?

As multilevel (network) marketers, one need we have in common is for an unending supply of people to talk to… people who at least might be interested in making some money with us. We need leads, Leads, LEADS!

We need them so much we’re willing to pay for them. I’ve seen a price as high as $25… per lead. But they’re (supposed to be) people who have already been screened and qualified for interest in what you have to offer.

Our greatest FEAR is to talk to someone who doesn’t want to talk to us. So we thought it was a godsend when someone came up with the idea of networking with each other on free Internet resources like MySpace.

Is it a good idea? Yes. But what’s happening so far?

You get hold of people like you, all right. Trouble is, they’re very much into whatever it is they’re doing. You end up presenting your deals to each other in a kind of “my dad can whup your dad” contest.

I’ve spent a lot of time in this business (10 years). Been in more “deals” than I care to count. Learned a few things, most of them the HARD way. Was fortunate enough to find somebody who showed me how to make the MOST money for the LEAST amount of effort. How to pick the company, product, and pay plan that gives you the best chance for success. A goldmine of information.

I’m giving the info away for free. Do people care? For the most part, no.

They love their rotators, “free” business opportunities, HYIPs, downline builders, gifting programs, “ground floor opportunities”, automatic money machines, pyramid schemes, crap-for-products, and impossible pay plans. They’re posting links everywhere on the Internet, talking about what a “consultant” they are and how “Great!” they’re doing. They’re so happy living their dream lifestyle, etc.--- yeah, right. Only in their dreams.

Personally, I don’t CARE what they’re doing, especially if they’re happy with it. The world need all kinds, more power to ‘em.

So, let’s be clear: you CAN get free leads on social networking sites. Just remember that you get what you pay for. How do you improve the value of what you’re getting?

If you can just understand this, you’ll make a MILLION BUCKS in network marketing:

It’s called the pearl principle. You know where to get pearls, right? I mean before they come to the jewelry store, smarty pants. They come from oysters. A pebble or a grain of sand gets inside an oyster shell and the soft inside of the oyster develops the pearl. Now there are two ways to go into the pearl business; you can be a pearl diver, or you can be a pearl farmer.

Pearl divers jump into the ocean, amongst the sharks, looking for oysters. They bust open the oysters looking for pearls. It’s a “numbers game” (where have we heard that before). Sort through enough of those oysters and you’ll find a pearl every now and then.

Pearl farmers are smarter. They gather the oysters and take them to a safe place, in an environment that the oysters are comfortable in. The farmer then creates the condition in which the oyster makes the pearl. They put a pebble or grain of sand inside the oyster’s shell. Then they wait. Eventually, if the farmer does his job right, the oyster presents him with the pearl. Every time.

Understand how this relates to network marketing. MySpace is a great place to meet prospects. But do not try to sell them into your deal, and don’t let them sell you theirs. Remember, we’re networking, not selling. The idea is to go with them to a neutral place where you both can be comfortable. See, a typical network marketer may have a hard exterior that covers an unsure, jellylike interior. They’ll protect the “deal” that they’re in, no matter how ill-fated it may be.

Imagine you’re thirsty and I see you drinking a glass of dirty water. Trouble is, you don’t know it’s dirty, and you’re thirsty so you don’t care. But I have clean water. My instinct is to hold your nose until your mouth flies open so I can pour the clean water down your throat; after all, it’s good for you--- better than that dirty stuff you’re drinking.

Instead, what if I pour you a glass of clean water and place it next to whatever it is you’re drinking. Now you’ve got a choice. Most people will choose the clean water. And they’ll thank you for it. No pressure on your part for them to make the decision.

To make a long story short, here’s what you can learn NOW that it took me 10 years to understand:

When you can create the conditions that are favorable for the prospect to learn how to do MLM profitably and intelligently, without risk or embarrassment, more often than not they will eventually present you with the pearl that you want--- them buying your products and/or joining your downline.
