BLUE COLLAR MLM: Work Smart, Not Hard

I help people who work for a living and want to create their financial freedom--- but don't have the time, money, or skills to do it. Reading my blog makes it easy!

I seem to have struck a nerve by highlighting the problems that some "travel MLMs" are having. Thought it all, I am an MLMer at heart. I LOVE this industry. The problem happens when more than 95% of the believers FAIL. I don't know anyone who goes into the business with the intent to fall on their face. My point in all this is to tell them it's NOT THEIR FAULT.

MLM FACTS:

Almost every compensation plan is designed for a full time and/or PROFESSIONAL effort. Most of us are part time amateurs. Any wonder if we're not successful?

Unless you can get people to:

1. JOIN your company.
2. BUY product.
3. TELL others.

... your business will fail.

In order to get people to do what you need them to do, you need INFLUENCE.

Your influence gets them to believe THEY can do it and YOU can help them.

ALMOST ALL network marketing plans pay YOU 5%-10% of all the money you and your people bring to the table. That means you, your customers, their customers, THEIR customers, etc.

UNDERSTAND SOMETHING: Your pay plan may cut off at a particular level, but there's still volume below it. YOU'RE JUST NOT GETTING PAID ON IT. But it's there.

YOUR COMPENSATION is usually 5%-10% of all that volume. My point? COMP PLAN AND COMPANY DOESN'T MATTER. You can make money in ALL of them (some more than others).

The BIG DIFFERENCE is in what YOU do and HOW you do it. HINT: Do the OPPOSITE of what you see 95% of all network marketers doing.

Hope that helps. Appreciate your comments.

Oh, by the way, read about another company that I warned some of you about several months ago.
